These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Trevio, a travel planning and social networking platform operated by:

By registering for or using Trevio, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
These Terms apply to all users, including free users, paid subscribers, and venue partners.

You must be at least 16 years old to create a Trevio account. By registering, you confirm you meet this requirement.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep it up to date.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS if you suspect unauthorised access.
Each person may hold one Trevio account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions or benefit from free-tier limits more than once is prohibited.
The Free tier provides access to core trip planning features with usage limits as described on the pricing page. No payment is required.
Trevio offers the following paid subscription tiers:

Annual billing is available with a discount (approximately 17%). Current pricing is always displayed at https://trevio.world/pricing.
AI Credits power access to Trevio's AI features (Tria). Credits are allocated monthly by subscription tier. Unused monthly credits do not roll over. Additional credits may be purchased separately. Credits have no monetary value and are non-refundable unless required by law.
Venue partners subscribe under separate Venue Partner Terms (see Section 14). Trevio acts as a technology platform only — venue partner funds are processed directly by Stripe Connect Express and never pass through Trevio.
Under EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU, implemented in Germany via §§ 312g, 355 BGB), consumers have a 14-day right to withdraw from a distance contract without giving any reason.
The 14-day withdrawal period begins on the day the contract is concluded (i.e. the day you purchase a subscription).

By completing your subscription purchase, you expressly request that Trevio begins performing the digital service immediately upon payment, before the 14-day withdrawal period has expired.
You acknowledge that you will lose your right of withdrawal once performance has begun, in accordance with Art. 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU and § 356(5) BGB.
This waiver is confirmed by checking the required checkbox during checkout.
If you have not yet accessed paid features after purchase, you may withdraw within 14 days by notifying us clearly in writing:

"I hereby withdraw from the contract for the following service: Trevio tier name subscription, ordered on date, under the account registered to your email address."
We will process any eligible refund within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice using the same payment method you used.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access to paid features until then. No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of a billing period (except where required by law).
You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. Deletion is irreversible and will result in permanent loss of all your content, trip data, and AI credits.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account with immediate effect if you:
Where feasible, we will give prior notice before termination. If termination is due to our fault, we will provide a pro-rated refund of any prepaid subscription fees.
You retain all intellectual property rights in the Content you create and upload to Trevio (trip data, documents, notes, etc.).
By using Trevio, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, host, and process your Content solely to the extent necessary to provide the service to you. We do not use your Content for advertising, AI training, or any purpose beyond delivering the platform.
You are solely responsible for the Content you upload or share. You confirm that:
We reserve the right to remove Content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

Tria's suggestions are generated by an AI language model and are informational only. They do not constitute professional travel advice, legal advice, medical advice, or financial advice. You are responsible for verifying any AI-generated content before acting on it.
AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or outdated information. We do not warrant the accuracy or completeness of AI output. Always verify flight times, visa requirements, health and safety information, and pricing directly with the relevant providers.
Your messages to Tria are transmitted to Anthropic's API to generate responses. See our Privacy Policy (Section 4.4) for details.
Trevio may display links to third-party services (flights, hotels, activities, travel insurance) via affiliate partnerships. These are provided for your convenience. We are not responsible for third-party content, availability, pricing, or the terms of any transaction you enter into with a third party.
Trevio may receive a commission if you make a purchase through an affiliate link. This does not affect the price you pay.
We aim to keep Trevio available 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability. We will aim to schedule planned downtime outside peak hours and notify users in advance where possible.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited by law, including:
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with Trevio shall not exceed the total subscription fees you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or €100, whichever is greater.
We are not liable for the actions, services, or content of any third-party service provider, including but not limited to airlines, accommodation providers, or affiliate partners.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless YOUR FULL NAME / Trevio from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the platform.
Venue partners (Listed, Presence, Bookable, Pro tiers) agree to additional Venue Partner Terms available at https://trevio.world/legal/venue-terms (link to be added). In the event of conflict, the Venue Partner Terms take precedence for venue-specific matters.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of Trevio after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
If you do not accept the changes, you may cancel your subscription and delete your account before they take effect. You will receive a pro-rated refund of any prepaid fees for the period after the effective date of the changes.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding its conflict-of-law rules.
For consumers resident in the EU: Nothing in this clause deprives you of the protection afforded by mandatory consumer protection provisions of the law of your country of habitual residence (Art. 6 Rome I Regulation).
Any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of YOUR CITY, Germany, subject to mandatory statutory rules on jurisdiction for consumer disputes.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision will be replaced with a valid provision that most closely achieves the original intent.
